- Provide agenda for monthly HCC meeting
- Check in with B.O.D.s between meetings to make sure action items are being accomplished & monthly updates are being developed
- Lead meetings & make sure discussion stays on topic
- Manage Board of Directors & project leads
- Work with co-chair to make sure mission & vision plan are being implemented properly
- Lead group in pursuing non-profit status
Tracy Wozniak, Co-Chairs

Alexandra LeFevere, Website & Social Media Director
- Maintain cohesive design, layout & theme for HCC's website
- Work to increase online marketing presence through search engine optimization (SEO).
- Publish & update content of website
- Act a as a technology consultant to the group
- Maintain and update the Health Coach Directory on the HCC website.
- Provide website update for monthly HCC meetings
- Monthly (last week of the month) updates to member directory
- Update and posting to social media outlets
Susan Stearn, Secretary
- Respond to info@hcc.com inquires & questions.
- Take minutes @ meetings & send to group within one week
- Share minutes from previous meeting at the beginning of each meeting
- Welcome new Google Group and paid members in the minutes
- Provide membership update to Co-Chairs for monthly HCC meeting for names of new paid members
Katie Morris Treasurer
- Develop method of collecting dues & collect on a regular schedule.
- Pay HCC bills.
- Provide monthly reports/statements at the HCC meeting.
- Account for income & expenses to group.
- Budget for future expenses.
- Take new member info for the HCC website
Jessica Jacobson, Director of Membership/Recruiting
- Seek out new members through a partnership with IIN, the IIN crowd & health-related events
- Remind people to submit any changes to their directory information by the third week of the month.
- Make new IIN students aware of the differences and benefits of becoming part of the HCC Google Group & Health Coach Directory.
- Act as administrator for the Google Group
- Provide membership update to Co-Chairs for monthly HCC meeting with names of new Google Group members
Rachel Jennings, Professional Development
- Organize opportunities for HCC to maintain and improve professional competence and enhance career progression.
- Publicizing learning opportunities within in the HCC community.
- Provide regular updates to website coordinator for social media outlets.
Public Relations
- Communicate with the public on behalf of HCC
- Spread the HCC message to the public, by means of media, radio, print, etc
- Prepare press releases and contact people in the media who might print or broadcast our material
- Make film or other visual presentations for outreach
- Work with Community Outreach to plan events in the community
